| Exchanges & returns policy | |
| (1) Defective or faulty service | If the service has a material defect attributable to us, please contact us. We will provide a refund or remedy the service. |
| (2) Customer-initiated cancellation | You may cancel a paid plan at any time from the dashboard. Service continues until the end of the current billing period; no automatic renewal thereafter. No cancellation fee. We generally do not refund already-paid periods (contact us for exceptions). |
