• Does formpuppy work for non-English emails?▼

  Yes. The AI detects the language automatically and filters emails in English, German, Japanese, French, and more — with the same accuracy across languages.
• How does spam classification work?▼

  Each incoming email is analyzed by AI in real time. It is classified as forward (legitimate) or block (spam/sales). You can see the reason and confidence score for every decision and submit feedback, which we use to improve accuracy over time.
• How do I set it up?▼

  Sign up, create a project, and set your forwarding email. You'll get a dedicated formpuppy address—use it as the notification destination for your contact form. No code changes required for most forms.
• How is formpuppy different from Akismet or reCAPTCHA?▼

  reCAPTCHA blocks bots, but not sales emails written by real humans. Akismet and CleanTalk are pattern-based plugins built mainly for WordPress. formpuppy works at the email level: the AI reads each message's intent, works with any form that can send email notifications (Webflow, Framer, custom forms included), and shows a reason and confidence score for every decision. They can also be combined — a CAPTCHA against bots, formpuppy against human-written spam.
